If I work hourley… I figured out that I was making about $15 an hour when I worked full time on salary. So I’m thinking about $20 because I’ll be working from home.

$20 an hour seems really high though.

I was offered an opportunity to handle the west coast operations. It is to entail east coast sales and marketing/branding. The company is small but growing. I understand that my marketing/branding solutions would assist in creating a brand identity. What is a good offer for this position. I was thinking 30% commission. There is no salary involved… straight commission. Should i offer my marketing services on the side?
